1. Introduction  

This website is operated by Home Tex Bangladesh. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.  

2. Compliance with Consumer Rights Protection Act  

- All business practices comply with the **Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 (Bangladesh)**.  

- Customers are entitled to safe, authentic, and properly labeled products.  

- False advertising, adulteration, short weight/measure, and expired goods are strictly prohibited.  

3. Product Information & Pricing  

- Product details (size, material, color, care instructions) are displayed clearly.  

- Prices are transparent and include applicable VAT/taxes.  

- Discounts and offers are communicated truthfully.  

- No hidden charges will be imposed.  

4. Orders & Delivery  

- Orders can be placed online or at our showroom.  

- Delivery is available nationwide via standard or express service.  

- Customers will receive an invoice/receipt for every purchase.  

- Delivery timelines will be communicated clearly; delays will be notified.  

5. Payment Policy  

- Accepted methods: Cash on Delivery, Online Payment, Bank Transfer.  

- Secure payment gateways are used for online transactions.  

- No unauthorized charges will be imposed.  

6. Return, Exchange & Refund  

- Products can be returned/exchanged within 15 days if unused and in original packaging.  

- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after inspection.  

- No expired or defective products will be sold.  

- Customers are entitled to compensation if proven harm is caused by negligence.  

7. Consumer Rights & Complaint Handling

- Complaints will be resolved within 7 working days.  

- Customers also have the right to file complaints with the **Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) via hotline 16121.  

8. Privacy & Data Protection  

- Customer data is collected only for order processing.  

- Data will not be shared with third parties except for delivery/logistics partners.  

- We comply with Bangladesh’s digital commerce guidelines.  

9. Limitation of Liability  

- Home Tex Bangladesh is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or government restrictions.  

- Liability for defective products is limited to replacement, refund, or compensation as per CRPA.  

10. Governing Law  

- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 and applicable laws of Bangladesh.  

- Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dhaka courts.
